BuyerPrism Terms of Service

These terms govern use of BuyerPrism provided by Mykhailo Ihnatiev, Komuny Paryskiej 58, lok. 40, 30-389 Kraków, Poland, NIP 8971938345, REGON 528714015 (the “Provider”). Contact: legal@buyerprism.com.
BuyerPrism is an electronic service for Shopify merchants acting in connection with their business. These terms are available before installation and can be saved or printed. Installing the app starts the service agreement; uninstalling ends it. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Service
BuyerPrism provides read-only analysis of selected Shopify B2B configuration and contextual outcomes. Results describe observations available through Shopify APIs and merchant-defined policy checks. They do not guarantee pricing correctness, prevent every configuration error, certify compliance, or replace testing of the merchant's storefront and checkout. Contextual catalog prices are not final checkout quotes.
The merchant remains responsible for Shopify configuration, commercial decisions, access granted to staff, review of findings, and every change made in Shopify. BuyerPrism does not automatically remediate or mutate merchant business data.
Account and acceptable use
The merchant must have authority to install the app for the Shopify store and must keep Shopify access secure. The service must not be used to interfere with the platform, exceed documented limits, probe another merchant's data, bypass plan or security controls, or violate applicable law or Shopify terms.
Use requires an active Shopify store and authorized admin account, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an internet connection. Some observations require the store to have the relevant Shopify B2B features and granted read scopes. Missing Shopify access or API availability can produce partial results rather than a verified finding.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security response, provider outages, Shopify API limits, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Audit duration depends on store size and Shopify API capacity. Features and fair-use ceilings may change with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be dated and communicated where required.
Fees
The initial release is free and creates no Shopify charge or trial deadline. Any future paid plan must be presented and accepted through Shopify's supported pricing mechanism before a charge applies. Published pricing terms at that time will govern renewal, taxes, cancellation, and plan changes.
Data and confidentiality
Each party retains its rights in its data and systems. The Provider processes merchant data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. The merchant should not submit unnecessary personal data through policy labels, support messages, or other free-text fields.
Suspension and termination
The Provider may restrict access when required to protect merchants, the service, Shopify, or applicable legal obligations. The merchant can delete app data while installed or uninstall at any time. Deletion and retention behavior is described in the Privacy Policy.
Complaints and applicable law
Send a service complaint to support@buyerprism.com with the shop domain, relevant app page, approximate time, and a description of the problem. Do not include credentials or customer records. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to answer within 14 days; if an investigation needs longer, we will explain the reason and expected response date. Complaints can also be sent by post to the Provider's address above.
Polish law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory law that applies to the merchant. Disputes are heard by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
